I just received my refurbished iPhone XR thru Fedex was very skeptical at first but I gave it a try and my iPhone came in 2 days work’s amazing no issues at all but besides the little nickes a phone cover case can cover that. In all I will definitely be buying from back Marcelo again very soon maybe that Apple Watch or the iPhone 13 very pleased with my purchase don’t ever hesitate to buy off BackMarket thank you

I can say without a shadow of a doubt this new phone has been great. I wanted to upgrade my phone with more storage also Apple was trying to charge me $300 to fix the crack in my screen. I didn’t make sense for me not to try refurbished plus I was getting money back on my phone too. It’s a no brainer. I haven’t any problems with new phone at all. I’ve had the phone now for 2 weeks. Would highly recommend. I got the iPhone 12 Pro with 256GB in Gold in Excellent condition.

Listen!! I know your looking at the site or app and maybe you not to convinced. I’m here to let you know that they are legit. Gang listen I got my iPhone 12 in just 3 or 4 days time. Refurbished?? Can’t even tell fr look like it came straight from the Apple Store that day!! Don’t hesitate to shop at all. If you don’t you’ll hear a friend tell you abt it soon and be disappointed in ya self. I'm thrilled with my iPhone 12 Pro Max purchase, the condition and battery life were excellent condition. The screen looked flawless and the body and sides looked almost brand new, aside from a very minor scrape which you can hardly see on the side. But you can feel it if you run your finger along it. But with a case on you can't even tell. I did order the same phone in good condition from another refurbisher, but the condition was good but some slight noticeable nicks on the side of the phone. Plus the battery life was dismal and one of the cameras was not a genuine replacement, because it kept prompting me that a camera replacement was a genuine Apple product. I'm really happy with this phone, I installed a screen protector and the clear case that I purchased before. If I look for another refurbished phone, I'll look for this seller again.

Purchased two IPhone 13’s in “good” refurbished condition. They arrived as promised. Upon inspection there were no cosmetic marks or flaws and appeared brand new. We took them to the local cell provider and had everything transferred. That took some time but was easy. Have been using the phones for two weeks now and are very pleased. Would do the same thing again. The 30 day no questions return policy and 1 year warranty provided the peace of mind to purchase refurbished. Far better than any other I could find except Apple and you pay more there.

The iPhone 12 Pro, I ordered arrived on time as promised. It functioned and looked perfect. But with a notification from Settings that the display and camera were not genuine Apple parts. I guess because it is refurbished but I thought they use Apple parts for refurbishing. Apparently not always. As of yet all wroks perfectly. So no real complaint there though genuine Apple parts would have made it more "genuine"

My iPhone 12 is nearly perfect. Smallest scratch on screen, but I will take it. I tried a refurbished from Apple, sent directly to the store, didn’t work Apple couldn’t get it to backup the old phone’s data, then a refurbished from Amazon, the camera left water spots in every photo. I will never buy a refurbished phone from anyone else. PS I then bought an iPhone 13 for my daughter, and it worked perfectly also, and no scrat

I was looking to save money on an iPhone 12, which I think is still a great product, but hard to find quality refurbished and phased out from Apple. Back Market fit exactly what we were looking for - and we bought 2. The devices weren't flawless, but totally acceptable and we throw a case on them anyways. The screens super nice and everything functions as it should. Super happy I found the right product at the right price.

The microphone cuts out a lot while another person Is talking on speakerphone, or if they are streaming on discord etc, everything else with the phone seems great, the screen looks more colorful less orange like my iPhone XS I got a good condition, with a new battery so the battery is new. Both cameras look good, there is a small scratch on the back of the phone but that was listed for good condition so I don’t care much it’s on the back, the front of the phone is good no scratches the sides had no scratches the cameras no scratches, I do have a screen error but that’s bc it was replace most likely, when I do press on the screen you can tell it’s not genuine apple which is whatever (looks better anyways) I’m not tryna be picky but realistic for you guys who will read my review and you decide you want to buy this, it does seem like the iPhone 11 has microphone issues in general so it’s probably just apple in that case not the refurbisher fault, volume is loud and good sounds great, the down volume button is super sensitive though like it does at click like the up button does
